The website has no contact form, user accounts or online shop.

• Contact details you give us when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp (e.g. name, phone number, email address and the content of your message).
• Technical data logged automatically by the server when you visit (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time), for security and proper operation.
• Your cookie, language and accessibility choices, stored on your device.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your enquiries and informing you about products before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Security and proper operation of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Loading third-party content such as the Google map, and any analytics tools, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
• Compliance with legal obligations, where required (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Recipients

We never sell or rent your data. Data may be processed, on our behalf or as independent controllers, by the following providers:

• Our website hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), for the technical operation of the site.
• Microsoft (Outlook/Hotmail), when you email us.
• WhatsApp/Meta, when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
• Google, only if you allow the Google Maps embed to load.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some of the providers above may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases transfers rely on appropriate GDPR safeguards, such as an adequacy decision (e.g. the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses.
